Pirate Alert!Natig Gasimov, 4J5T, President of the Federation of Radio Sport of Azerbaijan, reports that the callsign 4K2JF/p,(4J-4K was once used for Franz Jozef Land, but is now allocated to Azerbaijan) has appeared on the amateur radio bands, but has never been issued by the Ministry of Communications of Azerbaijan.
