Trinidad and Tobago may now be permitting Amateur Radio operation in a 200 kHz segment of the 60 metre band.
In a posting to the Digital Radio Yahoo group, Julien, M0JDD/9Z4FZ, says that his license permits operation from 5.250 to 5.450 MHz with 1.5 kW output.
Amateur radio operation in this band would be a welcome development although as yet, no reference to the allocation could be found in the frequency allocation table.
